Buying && Selling Guidelines
BUYBACK POLICY
I will always have buybacks on all of my horses, unless otherwise stated. If buybacks are not listed on a horse’s page, or if the horse is sold with my buybacks to someone else without permission of the sale, the horse will quickly be reclaimed and you may or may not be blacklisted from any sales of mine.
AGING GUIDELINES
My horses can be on any aging system that you preffer. If I say the horses must be on a certain aging system, they must always stay on that same aging system. Please speak to me before you put any of my horses, that are home bred or that have been sold to you previously, on any aging system.
SHOWING
All my horses must always be shown actively. If I don’t see them being shown in any games that I play, as in sims or all sims, then the horse will be reclaimed. They need to go to good active showing homes where they will get a chance to win every here and there.
Please do not change any disciplines of any of my horses without my permission. Also, do not change a western horse to an English horse, without my consent.
NAMING RESTRICTIONS
None of my horses names can be changed, whether or not you like it. If my horse’s name is changed because you don’t like it, then I will re-claim the horse, especially if I am not notified of any changes. I may allow name changes every here and there, but I must be notified of it and you must be approved before.
PAGE REQUIREMENTS
I need a page url asap. The longest I will wait for a page url is 7 days. If you are busy and don’t have time to do it within that time span, please notify me via PM so that I can extend your time limit. Any stat format can be used, but I would like the horses’ pictures to stay with the stats. If you don’t like the picture, oh well. You are still allowed to add any types of pictures you have, but I would like my picture to be listed as well. I would also like to see a good record on the horse, and the page must be updated at least every month or so.
IMPORTING / EXPORTING
None of my horses can be imported to any game without first telling me which game they may be going to. I would also like to see a page for the game they are being sent to. If you import the horse to a game and you are not allowed to keep their current points, then I will have to ask you not to import the horse because most of my horses that I sell work hard for their records and points, and if they need to be “lost” then the horse cannot be imported to that game.
I would liek to receive 1 breeding to all horses that are sold, if possible. Thank you.
If you do not follow these rules, the horse can be reclaimed at any time, and no refunds will be made what so ever. Thank you.
